Martin Kubeš

Martin specializes in political and social marketing and communication. Having worked on multiple campaigns and social issues, he is mainly interested in data-driven approach, visual politics and current trends in political communication.

Martin Kubeš specializes in political and social marketing and communication. He obtained his bachelor's degree at Palacky University in Olomouc, majoring in political communication and political marketing & journalism. He is mainly interested in political communication methodology, comparative political communication, visual politics and current trends in political marketing. He is a co-founder and managing partner of the MKMV advisory group as well as Chairman of the Board of a media non-profit organization Faktory, z. s.
Account Manager

František Smetana

František has experience from non-profit and corporate sector, where he gained experience in management and business economics. Having studied in Czechia as well as Finland, his main domains are accounting, business development and management. He's also interested in combining the nonprofit sector with the political and business sector.

At the moment he studies economics and management studies and European studies and diplomacy at the Palacký University in Olomouc. He's also interested in combining the nonprofit sector with the political and business sector, making him a great negotiator.
Web Developer

Michaela Vojtěchovská

Michaela Vojtěchovská is a web developer, researcher and doctoral student. Her main domain is user-oriented design and eye-tracking technologies.

Michaela Vojtěchovská is a web developer, researcher and doctoral student. She got her bachelor's degree in applied geography and geoinformatics at Masaryk University in Brno and spent a half year abroad studying in Norway at the University of Oslo. She got her master's degree from Palacký University Olomouc in Geoinformatics, where she continues her studies. Her main domain is user-oriented design and eye-tracking technologies. She worked on grant programs at Envipartner or as a full-stack developer at MKMV, which she co-founded. She is employed at Masaryk University, where she works on the reeducation of dyslexia using eye-tracking technology.

Theodore Mariánek

Theo Mariánek brings experience from working in the non-profit sector. His involvement in designing aids for children with special needs sparked an interest in combining visual art with psychology. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in journalism at Palacký University in Olomouc with focus on the interplay between culture, current trends, and media reporting.

He's an illustrator and passionate about art, both digital and classical. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in journalism at Palacký University in Olomouc with focus on the interplay between culture, current trends, and media reporting. At MKMV, he seeks to enhance his understanding of marketing and communication strategies.
Analyst

Andrej Bóna

Andrej has experience in the non-profit sector, where he has dealt with issues of destigmatization of mental health problems, or helping socially disadvantaged children, young people and families to resolve their adverse situations. He has also worked in the commercial sector as an analyst and marketer.

He has worked as a project manager, fundraiser and PR specialist. He has also worked in the commercial sector as an analyst and marketer. He has completed a course in project management (MIT) and a course in UX design (GIT). Among other things, he has worked for political parties where he was involved in analytical work.
