Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment campaign for the Faculty of Arts at Palacký University in Olomouc, focusing on attracting prospective undergraduate students while maintaining continuity with previous faculty campaigns.

Effectively reaching and engaging potential applicants across 19 different departments, each with unique disciplines and study opportunities. The campaign needed to be both visually cohesive and highly personalized, ensuring relevance to diverse fields of study while resonating with students and their families. Additionally, maintaining an authentic and relatable tone was key to strengthening the university’s appeal.

We created a targeted recruitment campaign that combined micro-targeted messaging, outdoor campaign, video production, and personal outreach, ensuring a highly engaging and authentic approach to attracting new students.

For the Faculty of Arts at Palacký University in Olomouc, we designed a comprehensive and personalized recruitment campaign aimed at attracting undergraduate applicants. A key aspect was micro-targeting—we created 92 unique claim graphics featuring student and lecturer testimonials specific to each of the 19 departments, ensuring relevance and authenticity.
The campaign also included three video spots, one for prospective students and another targeting their parents, highlighting the university’s strengths from both perspectives. Third one was the university from the point of the view of the teachers, so that students and their parents know, who will be teaching them.
Beyond digital outreach (including FAQ live-stream starring two of falucties students), we facilitated high school visits, bringing faculty representatives directly to students to present study opportunities in person. By collaborating closely with students throughout the process, we ensured that the campaign was not only visually and strategically strong, but also authentic and relatable, effectively positioning the Faculty of Arts as an exciting and welcoming academic choice.
Campaign is currently still ongoing, evaluation will proceed after 13/03/2025.
