Andrej Bona has experience in the non-profit sector, where he has dealt with issues of destigmatization of mental health problems and mental health support, or helping socially disadvantaged children, young people and families to resolve their adverse situations. He has worked as a project manager, fundraiser and PR specialist.

He has also worked in the commercial sector as an analyst and marketer. He has completed a course in project management (MIT) and a course in UX design (GIT). Among other things, he has worked for political parties where he was involved in analytical work.
