We conducted an evaluation of the outdoor campaign for ITI Olomouc Agglomeration to assess brand awareness, message recall, and the effectiveness of communication strategies. The study aimed to determine how well the campaign resonated with the public and provided insights into future improvements.
challenge
One of the main challenges was measuring the actual impact of outdoor advertising on public awareness, given the complexity of brand recognition and the varied engagement levels of different demographic groups. Additionally, evaluating the effectiveness of campaign elements such as visibility, messaging, and recall were made more difficult by the time passed after the campaign had ended.
solution
We implemented a mixed-methods approach, including an online survey and in-person CAPI interviews, to gather reliable data from a broad respondent pool. The analysis provided a clear picture of public perception and campaign reach, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance future marketing efforts, optimize communication channels, and improve brand visibility.
