We conducted a recruitment campaign for applicants for the Faculty of Arts of Palacký University in Olomouc. Within the framework of the campaign, we prepared initial analyses, came up with creative concepts that respected previous campaigns and were responsible for graphic and video production.
As part of the campaign, we decided to micro-target individual undergraduate majors at the department level. These were presented with statements from students and lecturers that were specific to the graduated discipline. All 19 departments participated in the campaign and 92 claim graphics were created.
Concurrently, we produced a candidate-targeted video spot and an alumni video spot targeting parents of candidates. We did not underestimate the personal contact with applicants – we arranged trips from departments to their graduating high schools to present the possibilities of studying at the Faculty of Arts.
The entire campaign was closely collaborated and consulted with the students of the Faculty of Arts, thanks to which we managed to capture the student environment authentically and simultaneously give the students a space of self-realization as young professionals.
The campaign is currently still ongoing, more detailed information will be added after its completion and evaluation.
